Joan is the"backbone" of the office and brings 27 years of experience in the dental and chiropractic professions with insurance filing, patient billing, front desk and receptionist duties and helping place patients on various therapies.

Her calm and compassionate demeanor adds much to our office and her caring ways further facilitate our work in your return to health.

One of her most rewarding pleasures is helping patients sort out the always confusing insurance plans, from the youngest child to the oldest Medicare patient. In this jungle of deductibles, co-pays, and secondary insurances, she can bring clarity to the insurance confusion- a service that is rarely patient-friendly and for most, a constant source of aggravation.
